A recall is in progress for the 2021 and 2022 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa. The RDW and also the American NHTSA indicate that the engine must be returned to the dealer. The front brake master cylinder has the bleed hole in the wrong position. This can result in an excessive free play of the brake lever, which means that too little braking pressure can be built up and the braking distance becomes longer. The owners of the affected engines will receive a letter inviting them to make an appointment with their dealer to have the problem resolved. It is not known how many engines are involved in the Netherlands, in America there are 2552 Hayabusas that fall under this recall
