The “America” versions of MV Agusta pay tribute to the United States, the land of the free, adventure, epic journeys. And, naturally, racing.

1973 saw the launch of the legendary 750S in the colors of the American flag to emphasize the importance of this particular market. Many years later, in 2004, the “America” name was associated with another model, the Brutale 750. This bike established the sports naked segment. In 2012 another of his four-cylinder models, the Brutale 1090 RR America, dominated the scene. This model, up to that point he was the most powerful naked bike MV Agusta had ever built.

Five years later, in 2017, a new platform was introduced, resulting in the three-cylinder Brutale 800 RR America, a distinctive combination of design, performance and engine technology. This model was followed in 2018 by a special model, the Dragster 800 RR America, limited to just 200 units.

Today in 2023, MV Agusta celebrates its most important market with his new exclusive 300-unit edition of the all-new Dragster RR SCS America. This uniquely numbered exclusive model, available only in North America, is part of MV Agusta’s strategic vision and future direction for this market.

Like its predecessor, this new Special Edition features a special color scheme reminiscent of the colors of the American flag, complemented by a special seat with hand-stitched ‘America Special Edition’ lettering.

The attention to detail is reflected in the special color scheme of the aerodynamic carbon fiber wheel covers and fuel tank. A unique serial number from 001 to 300 is laser engraved into the top triple clamp.

Included special parts kit includes clear SCS clutch cover, special bike cover and certificate. Among the special parts available as accessories, the Akrapovic titanium sports exhaust with a special ECU stands out, allowing the maximum power to be increased to 148 hp at 12,800 rpm, further emphasizing the motorcycle’s aggressive character.

This unique bike is based on the famous Dragster RR SCS and combines exciting performance with high quality technical components including the automatic SCS clutch co-developed with Rekluse.

The Dragster RR SCS America combines extreme attention to detail with the technical underpinnings of a supersport bike. The compact and powerful in-line 3 engine and his aforementioned SCS 3.0 clutch that eliminated the clutch lever, MotoGP-derived counter-rotating crankshaft and removable gearbox are solutions found only on MV Agusta models.

The Ride-By-Wire Electronic Twist Grip, which was recently introduced to the line-up, features counter-rotation functionality that improves mid-corner control and feel and allows for a more gradual release of control on the cruise. His advanced 6-axis inertia platform allows riders to take full advantage of traction control, front lift control and cornering ABS.

An eight-position adjustable steering damper contributes to the dynamics and safety of the Dragster RR SCS America even at high speeds. The braking system is designed for very strong and safe deceleration with double 320mm brake discs at the front with 4-piston Brembo radial calipers.

The 5.5-inch TFT display is highly legible in all lighting conditions and benefits from updated software.

The dashboard is connected to the revolutionary MV Ride app, offering extensive customization and connectivity features. Finally, his Mobisat anti-theft system with geolocation gives all his Dragster RR SCS America owners peace of mind that their bikes are always in excellent condition.

The Dragster RR SCS America will be available exclusively at select MV Agusta dealerships across North America, starting from 11th July.
